Hi Mark, Yeah, the Springfield .NET user group is a little lacking in motivation but I think that could change with the right catalyst. As far as who is updating the site, I'm not sure; the guy who was maintaining the site, JP, got a job with Microsoft and moved to Redmond. Don is a good bet as to who is maintaining this site now.
