join our team. This position will have a
key role in the development of our web-based software solutions.

Our solutions are based on the Microsoft .Net platform, and
this position will primarily require working with the following technologies:
- C#
- ASP.Net

- XML /
XSL / XSLT

Procedures
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Participate
in software application design and development for our existing products.
- Carry
out assigned development tasks independently, as well as occasionally work
in a team setting for specific tasks.
- Perform
assigned tasks with a very high degree of thoroughness and accuracy.
- Debug
and Test written code to ensure high quality development before Q/A
processes.
- Serve
as high level technical support for issue escalated by our customer
service/technical support staff.
- Rapidly
learn new technologies and business requirements associated with our
products and customer base.
- Investigate
and find solutions for complex problems using past experience, creativity,
and outside resources.
- Enjoy
a fast paced environment where requirements may change rapidly due to
customer and market forces.
- Document
work and share knowledge with others.
Candidate qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Professional
experience as a Software Developer building enterprise software – web
based or PC based.
- Excellent
understanding of Object Oriented Design, Relational Database Design, and
experience with multi-tiered application development.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Follows
through on tasks and completes work within established schedule.
- Low
Maintenance personality, enjoys being empowered to work independently and
gets along well with others.
