The Springfield .NET User Group will be having their May meeting next Tuesday, May 25th, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. We're going to use the same format as last month, but now with Giveaways! Introduction to Debugging Tools
Process Monitor, Process Explorer, and Microsoft Network Monitor are three tools that every Windows developer or Support tech should have in their arsenal. This session will introduce you to all three tools, including a real-world example of tracking down a problem using Process Monitor. (Process Monitor incorporates the Filemon and Regmon tools from www.sysinternals.com.)

Markus Pope is a really cool dude that has been programming for many years. He loves researching everything from hardcore math and physics to philosophy and theology. Software products that Markus has worked on include telecommunications software now owned by Symantec, web-based CRM software, and most recently document management, imaging, and workflow software for PaperWise. Over the years he’s written drivers, object models, scanning applications, programming languages, services, countless components and plug-ins, and a few books. He has a thirst for knowledge and a passion for sweet tea.
